Shipping Area and Cost
APEXTOTE LLC provides free standard shipping throughout the United States. No standard shipping charge is added at checkout.
Order Cutoff Time
The cutoff time is 2:00 p.m. ET on business days. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. ET begin processing on the next business day.
Processing Time
Orders are prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days. Processing occurs Monday through Friday and excludes weekends and U.S. public holidays.
Transit Time
After shipment, standard transit normally takes 3-5 business days. Carriers do not always operate on weekends or U.S. public holidays.
Estimated Total Delivery Time
The estimated total time from order placement to delivery is 4-7 business days, consisting of 1-2 business days of processing plus 3-5 business days in transit. The estimate begins on the applicable business day based on the cutoff time.
Tracking
When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout after the carrier accepts the shipment. Tracking updates can take time to appear.
Address Accuracy and Changes
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Address changes and other order modifications must be requested through customer service before shipment. Contact support@apextote.shop immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once fulfillment begins or after dispatch.
Delays and Delivery Issues
Weather, carrier disruptions, peak periods, address problems, and events outside our reasonable control can delay delivery. If tracking shows an unusual delay, loss, or delivery problem, contact us so we can assist with the carrier.
Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
If an order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us promptly with the order number and photos when available. Authorized return or replacement shipping is paid by us.
