Product Listings
Product titles, descriptions, images, dimensions, colors, materials, and prices are presented for identification and purchase decisions. Screen settings and normal production tolerances can cause minor visual or dimensional variation.
Prices and Taxes
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated. Applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout. We may correct genuine pricing or listing errors before accepting an order.
Order Placement and Acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. The order becomes accepted when we confirm shipment or otherwise expressly accept it. We may decline or cancel an order because of stock errors, payment authorization failure, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, or an obvious listing error. Any collected amount for a canceled order will be refunded to the original payment method.
Payment
Payment methods available for the order are displayed at checkout. You confirm that the billing information is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected method.
Availability
Products are subject to availability. Adding an item to the cart does not reserve it. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is submitted, we will contact you and refund any unavailable item.
Shipping
Free standard shipping is provided throughout the United States. Orders placed by 2:00 p.m. ET on a business day normally require 1-2 business days for processing and 3-5 business days for transit, for an estimated total of 4-7 business days. Weekends and U.S. public holidays are not processing days.
Cancellation and Changes
Cancellation, address changes, and other order modifications must be requested through support@apextote.shop before shipment. Requests cannot be completed after shipment.
Returns Exchanges and Refunds
Returns may be requested within 30 calendar days after delivery. Authorized items must be sent within 14 calendar days after approval using the prepaid downloadable return label we provide. Original packaging is not required, no restocking fee is charged, and we pay authorized return and exchange shipping. Defective and non-defective products are accepted. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 business days after receipt and inspection; banks may need another 3-10 business days to post funds.
No Final Sale or Custom Products
We do not designate products as final sale and do not sell customized or personalized products.
